The Program Committee for the 66th Annual Meeting of the Renaissance Society of America invites submissions for two sessions of Lightning Talks to be held at the conference in Philadelphia, 2–4 April 2020. Abstracts that present new directions in Renaissance studies and multidisciplinary approaches are especially welcome. Current RSA members who are not already in a speaking role on the program (paper presenter, roundtable discussant, or session respondent) are eligible to submit, provided they also meet the standard eligibility criteria.
Submissions should be for brief talks of no more than six minutes. Powerpoint slides will be limited to no more than two per presenter, to be submitted prior to the meeting.
Submission requirements:
All submissions to the RSA Annual Meeting must consist of new material that has not been published or presented in alternative venues or formats.
