Call for Submissions

The Program Committee for the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Renaissance Society of America invites submissions for individual papers or sessions on any aspect of Renaissance studies or the era 1300–1700. The Committee especially welcomes submissions that cross disciplinary boundaries, as well as those that are discipline specific. Sessions sponsored by our Associate Organizations will make up approximately half of the program. The rest will consist of sessions and individual papers proposed by RSA members and selected by the Conference Program Committee.

Submission Guidelines

• Session organizers are responsible for collecting the abstracts, CVs, and other necessary information from all session participants. Organizers should then use the links below to log in and submit the finalized session proposal.
• RSA members may also log in below to submit individual paper abstracts under their own name. If accepted, individual abstract submissions will be grouped into panels on a unifying theme by members of the Conference Program Committee.

• Browse posted Calls for Papers on the rsa.org index page.
• Use your rsa.org username and password to log in below. A current RSA membership is required. To check your membership status and renew if necessary, visit your RSA profile page.
• The deadline for all finalized proposals is 15 August 2024.
• The notification date is 1 November 2024.
