Call for Submissions

These submissions should include:

• session title (15-word maximum)
• organizer(s), chair(s)
• session abstract (300-word maximum)

Each lightning talk presenter (totaling 5–8) must provide to submitter:

• lightning talk title (15-word maximum)
• lightning talk abstract (200-word maximum)
• resume (.pdf or .doc upload, maximum 2 pages)
• PhD or other terminal degree completion year (past or expected)
• full name, current affiliation, and email address.

These submissions should include:

• session title (15-word maximum)
• organizer(s), chair(s), (optional, for a three-paper panel: respondent).
• session abstract (300-word maximum)
• primary discipline

Each paper presenter (totaling 3–4) must provide to submitter:

• paper title (15-word maximum)
• paper abstract (200-word maximum)
• resume (.pdf or .doc upload, maximum 2 pages)
• PhD or other terminal degree completion year (past or expected)
• full name, current affiliation, and email address.

These submissions should include:

• session title (15-word maximum)
• session abstract (300-word maximum)
• session organizer (submitter added by default plus up to four more)
• discussants (minimum four, maximum eight)
• a/v requests
• session chair (maximum two)
• current email addresses for all participants
• discipline area

These submissions should include:

• session abstract (300-word maximum)

Each seminar paper presenter (totaling 4–6) must provide to submitter:

• paper title (15-word maximum)
• paper abstract (200-word maximum)
• resume (.pdf or .doc upload, maximum 2 pages)
• PhD or other terminal degree completion year (past or expected)
• full name, current affiliation, and email address

Seminar organizers are responsible for collecting and distributing their participants' presentation materials in advance of the conference. PDFs and additional files may be hosted on the conference program or the RSA website if provided by the organizers in advance.

These submissions should include:

• names of participant-leaders (minimum two)
• current email addresses for all participants.
